Weight Loss is a simple function of calorie output and input and in order to lose weight you need to burn more calories and consume less calories and that is the only way to lose weight.
So the simple answer is NO …Apple Cider Vinegar does not help lose weight ….But it does have several other health benefits like promote healthy digestion, good for people with Urinary Tract Infection (UTI) etc.
However if your goal is weight loss then stick with the basics i.e. diet & exercise.
