How to get rid of Love Handles

Are exercises like oblique twisting, crunches and side bends are effective for losing love handles ?

Now what exactly are love handles, love handle are nothing but excessive amount of fat around your waist line, more the amount of fat you have bigger your love handles are going to look. So if your body fat is above 35 percent will have larger and more visible love handles but if your body fat is below 10 percent then you would not see any love handles.

Most people who have love handles or high body fat percentage is because of eating high calorie junk food and no exercise.

If you saw my previous transformation you would have seen how I gained tons of body fat around my waist and abdominal area by just eating high calorie junk food and later how I got rid of it by just correcting my eating pattern.

The simplest way to get rid of love handles is to eliminate all food that leads to accumulation of body fat that means you need to get rid of all candies, chocolates, tacos, cheesy pasta,fried chicken and other food items that lead to accumulation of body fat .No amount of exercises will help in reduction of body fat unless you don’t remove all unhealthy food from your diet plan .

Also if you are doing exercises like oblique crunches,side bends, oblique twisting etc. and other sport reduction exercises it is not going to work because all these exercises will only strengthen your oblique muscles and will not help you to get rid of fat which is covering your sides / oblique’s .Infact if you do only theses exercises not follow a healthy diet it will make it your love handles look even bigger because now you will have developed oblique muscles under the layer of fat .
