How to Get Rid of Man Boobs
Man boobs is accumulation of body fat around chest region which can be caused by various factors, it can be caused because of hormonal imbalance, usage of anabolic steroids which causes gynaecomastia and lastly because of inactive lifestyle coupled with an unhealthy eating pattern.
Now in the first two cases wherein you have man boobs because of hormonal imbalance or gynaecomastia by using steroids, no amount of diet or workout will help and you need to get it removed surgically. In the third scenario wherein you have man boobs because of following an unhealthy lifestyle let me give you a few pointers that can help you remove man boobs quickly –
1. Reduce your body fat percentage — Like I said in the beginning (video above) that man boobs is nothing but accumulation on high deposits of body fat .If your overall body fat percentage is above 30 percent then in all probabilities you have man boobs, so try and reduce your body fat percentage below 15 — 10 percent and you can easily see well-defined firm chest muscles.
2. Follow a healthy eating pattern to reduce your body fat percentage, so when I say healthy eating pattern I am talking about avoiding everything and anything that leads to accumulation of body fat which is mainly processed food like sugar, white flour and alcohol.
3. Incorporate various chest exercises to help shape up your chest muscle. Chest Press and Chest Flyes (video above) are two effective compound exercises that can help develop and define chest muscles.
So those were few pointers that you can use to get rid of man boobs naturally, ofcourse it will not go away in one day and you need to follow these points consistently over a period of 60 days to see any reasonable difference.
