This exercise is definitely tough but if you can manage to do this exercise then performing any other exercise will be a piece of cake for you. If you are a beginner make sure that you do not try and do a shoulder press straight away as chances of wrist,elbow and shoulder injury are extremely high instead practice handstand first and try to maintain it for 45 -60 seconds.Once you are comfortable maintaining a hand stand position for 60seconds then slowly move towards shoulder press position.
