Killer Cardio Workout (Glutes and Thighs)

This is another killer cardio workout for anyone trying to lose weight, lose body fat and get in shape,not only this workout will help you build cardio vascular endurance but it will also shape up your glutes and thighs.With this workout I am gonna perform 5 different lower body exercises( to tone up butt and thighs) and I am gonna alternate that with short bouts of sprints (to burn body fat ).

Workout Plan –

1. 25 meter Sprints with Lunges 10 X Reps

2. 25 meter Sprints with Plyometric Lunges 10 X Reps

3. 25 meter Sprints with Forward and Backward Lunges 10 X Reps

4. 25 meter Sprints with Jump Lunges 10 X Reps

5. 25 meter Sprints with Walking Lunges 10 X Reps
