How to perform this exercise correctly -
* You start this exercise in a plank position by balancing you weight on elbows and toes.
* While maintaining plank make sure that your body is in a straight line and ab muscles pulled in.
* From here push yourself into a push up position by extending your elbow one by one.
* Maintain the position for a mini second and then come back to the the normal plank position.
It is recommended that you should place a padded mat under the elbows or else with the constant friction between elbow and the ground you can easily bruise the elbow.
