The first consultation session with Raghav is via Phone and will take at-least forty five to sixty minutes, post which personalized diet and workout plans are made for you.

Following a proper nutrition plan is important for weight loss however if you keep on following the same diet pattern chances are that your body will adapt to it quickly and will stop responding. What you eat, how much you eat are some of the other important factors that you need to keep in mind while following the diet plan.
