Barbell Shrugs (video above) one of the best exercise to strengthen and define trap muscles.
* You start this exercise by holding the barbell with an overhand grip or a cross grip with your arms fully extended.
* Keep your core tight,chest out and shoulders pulled back.
* Now breathe out and lift your traps as high as you can without using any arm strength.
* From here breathe in and lower the traps slowly till you get the weight back to the starting position.
For starters you can perform you can 2 sets for 12- 15 reps
