Dumbbell Shoulder Press (video above) is one of the best exercise to develop and define shoulder muscles.
* You start this exercise by holding couple of dumbbells with an over hand grip.
* Keep your core tight, chest out and shoulders pulled back.
* Now with your palms facing out, exhale and push the dumbbell over your head by extending your arms fully.
* From here breathe in and lower the dumbbell slowly and come back to the starting position.
Note – Always perform a thorough warm up before starting any shoulder exercise.
