Tricep Dips

Tricep Dips (video above) – One of the best exercise to strengthen and define tricep muscles.

* You start this exercise by placing your hands on the bench to your side and legs on a high platform

* Hold the bench firmly, squeeze our shoulder blades and keep your core tight.

* Now breathe in and lower body slowly till your upper arm is parallel to the floor.

* From here breathe out and push your body weight back to the starting position.

For starters you can 2 sets for 12 -15 reps.
