123 Pull Ups
This variation of pull ups is the most effective form of pull ups that i have done so far,this form of pull ups requires you to perform three pull ups in one go but in three different directions. The reason this variation is effective because a) it works out your back from all different angles and b)Performing three different variations of pull ups in one go makes this variation extremely tough and gives a good shock your back muscles
Pull ups otherwise also are one of the best exercise to lose fat,build muscle and gain body weight strength. Performing pull ups on regular basis will not only help you correct posture but will also help you lose belly fat. As its a compound exercise it not only works out your back muscles but also works out your supporting muscles like shoulder,bicep,tricep and core muscles simultaneously,this also helps you burn a lot of calories as you are working out multiple muscle groups at one time.
