Can Squatting Make Your Butt Fat ?
Well Squatting can’t make your Butt fat ,it’s the number of calories that you eat which makes your Butt Fat.
So if you large amount of calories and squat then it will definitely make your butt fat, on the other hand even if you don’t squat and eat large amount of calories it will still give you a large fat butt.
Squatting is in in fact one of the best exercises that you can do to tone up and lose butt fat that’s because
a) Squatting happens to be multi joint exercises that means it works out multiple muscle groups together and that makes you burn more calories, more calories you burn easier it becomes for you to lose weight and lose body fat.
b) Squatting targets Hamstring, Glutes, Quadriceps (basically leg muscles) and if you want shape up or tone your legs/ butt muscles then it should be the first exercise on your list .
Besides toning and shaping up your legs squatting also happens to provide health benefits like enhance your cardio vascular endurance and even enhance your bone density thereby reducing your chances of osteoporosis and arthritis.
All in all squatting does not make your butt fat and its high number of empty calories with inactivity that makes your butt fat.
