Parallel Bar Dips (video above) – One of best exercise to strengthen shoulder,lower chest and triceps muscles.
Parallel bar dips is one the best body weight exercise that can only only help you define upper body muscles but also build some serious strength.It is a multi joint exercise and works our several muscle groups together like chest,back, shoulder, bicep, tricep etc but more specifically it works out the lower part of the chest , front part of the shoulder (anterior deltoid) and tricep muscle.
In this video (above) i have shown three variations of parallel bar dip –
1.Body Weight Parallel Bar Dip
2.Body weight parallel bar dip with leg raise.
3.Weighted Parallel Bar Dip
Depending what your current level of fitness is , you can chose to do any variation with first variation being the easiest and last the toughest.
Overall Parallel Bar Dips is an excellent exercise to lose body fat ,build muscle and get ripped and is a must include in every fitness program.
