This home workout (video) is simple yet very effective to lose weight,kill body fat and get in shape.
This workout plan only has 2 exercises but 2 most effective exercises for fat loss and weight loss. The reason both these exercises are effective for weight loss because they are multi joint exercises which means they workout mutiple muscle groups together and because of which you burn high amount of calories.
The only equipment that you need for this workout is just a pair of dummbells and you are all set to lose weight and get your body in shape
Following are the exercises in the workout plan -
1. Dumbbell Swing – Its a muti joint exercise that works out all your muscles from head to toe in one single movement.Its a great exercise not just to burn calories but also to increase muscle endurance and strength.Although this exercise may look very easy but performing just few reps of this exercise can easily get you puffing and panting.Try it for 10 reps and you will know exactly what i am talking about .
2. Dumbbell Deadlift – Another killer multi joint exercise which is extremely effective for building strength and reducing body fat.This again is a multi joint exercise and works out mutiple muscle groups like hamstring, glutes, quadriceps etc. which help you to burn maximum amount of calories.
- Dumbbell Swing X 10 Reps
- Dumbbell Deadlift X 10 Reps
You need to perform both these exercises back to back without giving any rest.
Once you are done with one set( 20 Reps) take some rest and repeat the sequence 2 more times.
Its a simple 10 minute workout that you can perform on every alternate day to speed up your metabolism and get fit .You can even mix and match this workout with other exercise plans to accelerate your fat loss process.
