Swiss Ball Workout

Swiss ball or exercise ball is one of the best tools that you can use to quickly  tone up your abs and lose lose belly fat.
Swiss Ball is unstable and when you exercise on it then your body has to use its entire muscles to maintain the balance on the ball (especially the muscles of your abs and lower back),the fact that you are using multiple muscles at one point of time not only makes the swiss ball workout more challenging but also helps burn more calories

Swiss Ball Workout –

1. Chest Press -3 sets X12 -15 Reps
2. Chest Flyes -3 sets X 12 -15 Reps
3. Pullover – 3 sets X 12 -15 Reps
4. Shoulder Press – 3 sets X 12 – 15 Reps
5. Russian Twist -3 sets X 12-15 Reps each side
6. Prone Roll – 3sets X 12-15 Reps (back and forth)
