This particular bicep routine consists of three exercises which are –
1. Barbell Curl
2. Alternate Dumbbell Curl
3. Concentration Curl
All these three exercises are extremely effective for shaping up bicep muscles provided you do them regularly and also follow a healthy nutritious eating pattern.
To shock the bicep muscle i change the routine from time to time and would incorporate other exercises too but for now i am sticking with these exercises which are also effective to build and define bicep muscle.
