Too much importance is given to the topic as to what time you should workout, what time is better for workout – morning or evening …..fact is it really doesn’t matter as to what time you workout as long as you workout regularly.
Ultimately its the consistency of the workout that will get you in shape and not the time of the workout. Statistically there are studies that morning workout is better but I personally always workout in the evening and that helped me a lot to lose belly fat and lose weight.
So workout regularly, morning or evening it really doesn’t matter.
