Body weight exercises is a great way to stay in shape,in fact if done regularly body weight workout can also help you get ripped and lose weight .In this workout plan i have shown four body weight exercises that you need to perform one after another without giving any rest,you need to perform all exercises for 10 repetitions.Once you complete the sequence take rest and perform the workout plan 2 more times.
Workout Plan –
1.Wide Grip Pull Ups X 10 Reps
2.Bar Dips with Leg Raise x 10 Reps
3.Incline Push Ups X 10 Reps
4.Handstand Shoulder Press X 10 Reps
Repeat the sequence 2 more times.
