Today is my “CHEAT DAY” which means i get to eat whatever i want.
So for today i have chosen Chocolate Truffle Pastry which is loaded with tons of empty calories and is a must avoid for anyone who is trying to lose weight or lose belly fat .
Let me explain to you why (video above) –
- High in Sugar and White Flour -Chocolate truffle pastry is made of tons of sugar and white flour which are pure empty calories, causes wild fluctuations in your blood sugar levels and get stored as body fat.
- High in Saturated Fat – A part from sugar and white flour it has cream and butter which is high in saturated fat,high amount of saturated fat is the worst thing you can have if you are really serious about losing belly fat or get a flat stomach.
- High in Empty Calories – It is high in empty calories that means they do not provide any nutrition to your body and get rapidly stored as body fat. According to my calculation two chocolate truffle pastries are approximately 700 calories and to burn these empty calories you need to jog for at least 60 minutes or walk for 150 minutes.
So if you are ready to do an intense workout for 60 minutes then treat yourself a chocolate truffle pastry…although don’t make a habit out of it :-)))
