Should You Consume Psyllium Husk for Fat Loss
Ok so i got question on You Tube from Asit N. Mohanty and the question is – ” What are the benefits of Psyllium Husk from a fat loss loss perspective” ?
Psyllium Husk is called Isabgol in Hindi and soluble and insoluble fiber, its very good from a health perspective as it helps remove bad cholesterol which is LDL and increase good cholesterol which is HDL.
From a fat loss perspective Psyllium Husk or any other form of fiber is very good as fiber helps to curb your appetite. Fiber is heavy, makes you feel full quickly,does not let you overeat thereby controlling the number of calories which is of utmost importance if you are trying to lose weight and body fat.
Psyllium husk also prevents wild fluctuations in your blood sugar levels which are responsible for accumulation of body fat . Addition of Psyllium husk with your food ensures that the food gets broken down very slowly in your system thereby stabilizing blood sugar levels.
In conclusion, Psyllium Husk and all sources of fiber are very good from a fat loss perspective.
