Have You Tried My Healthy Grilled Fish  

Like i keep saying in every video that its very important to healthy, if you eat healthy you will stay in shape, stay active and lose body fat. Today I want to share with you protein enriched healthy meal that I had night last .

So what I had last night was grilled fish which is very high in omega 3 content which has lots health benefits and research proves that people who consume high amounts of Omega 3 Fatty Acids can increase their fat loss process by as much as 30 percent.

Second it’s also high in protein content which again helps to build lean muscle tissue. More the amount of lean muscle tissue you have faster is your metabolic rate or calorie burning capacity and easier it gets for you to lose weight and body fat.

So let me tell how I make it the healthy way – I first thaw the fish and then I marinate the fish in herbs and spices to be specific – over here I am using soya sauce and some herbs like which I picked up from the market. (Now these herbs do have little amount of sugar but nothing in the amount which could be counterproductive for weight loss) .

Now I let this marinate for about 60 minutes but if you want it to taste even better taste then I would recommend marinating it for couple of hours. Once its marinated then I am going to set this in my micro wave (on the grill mode ) and I am going to grill it for about 20 minutes each side.

Ok my grilled fish is done and now I am going to add some nice fibrous veggies along with it ..Nothing fancy so I have carrots, onions, tomatoes which are good sources on insoluble fiber which is good for health and also if you are trying to lose weight. …..and now I am going to eat enjoy my grilled fish 🙂
