Protein is building blocks of your muscle tissue and muscle tissue in-turn enhances your metabolism, more muscle means faster metabolic rate but lesser amount of muscle means slower metabolic rate.

There are only two ways to build muscle

A) Exercise

B) Eat lots of Protein as protein is building blocks of your muscle tissue.

Now if your idea is to lose weight and reduce body fat then you need to consume lean source of protein like chicken,fish,egg whites, tofu etc.

For fat loss process to be effective you need to consume at least 2 grams of protein per kg of lean body weight so consuming one piece of chicken or two egg whites is not gonna do the trick, you need to consume adequate amount of it .

Lastly a lot of people have apprehension that if they consume excessive amount of protein intake they will look like big bulky bodybuilders but that’s not true, excessive amount of protein can never make you massive and freaky as the truth is that professional body body builders use huge amount of steroids to get big.

So eat lots of protein without any hesitation especially if your goal is to lose weight,lose body fat and get ripped.
