Body Transformation in 60 days

Check out my experiment with unhealthy high calorie food and how i got back in shape in 60 Days.

For three months I did not workout at all and ate everything possible to get out of shape …..I started losing muscle and gained abdominal fat at a very fast pace, at the end of three months my body fat had reached 18% and that’s when I decided to get back in shape in 60 days.

This video (above) shows the whole journey and how I got rid of the belly fat in 60 days with only home exercises and healthy diet.
