Project 45 was an attempt to transform my body with just two dumbbells,body weight exercises and home food, i have done transformations before also however this time was different as a) I was just recovering from my shoulder injury b) With 2 months of no workout my fitness level was at its lowest c) Because of my shoulder injury I could not lift heavy so my best & most powerful multi joint exercises like bench press,barbell squat,deadlift etc. were totally out of the question d) I also wanted to see weather one can actually get in shape with just body weight exercises,dumbbells and a healthy diet.
So i started off my 45 day transformation with just body weight exercises,two dumbbells and a healthy diet. Here it goes – i have put the videos in the reverse order so that you see the best part first 🙂 –
